Exact pricing is available in the ordering system when you select pickup or delivery. A starting fee of €2.90 applies per order, and you can include multiple photo products and sizes in the same order.

If your photos arrive defective or damaged, contact us immediately. We will correct or replace the order free of charge. Customer satisfaction is our top priority.

We recommend using our online preview tool to check and adjust cropping before ordering. This ensures no important parts are cut off. Often, the aspect ratio of your photo differs from the physical print size. In such cases, you can choose to have white borders so the entire photo fits on the print. For example, a square photo cannot fill a 10×15 cm print completely without cropping or leaving white margins. Please also note that small margins are always trimmed in edge-to-edge printing.
